Company did Business Transfer with other Japanese company, bought Logistics business.
Got transferred some assets including 400 employees, but its not include Backoffice's staff.
So, wants to hire HR manager, and develop Admin dept.

・Develop/Manage compensation and welfare system
・Manage operation of the recruitment and selection system
・Labor Relations Management
・Human resource development and training work
・Manage under the company's quality management system, laws and policies
・Manage GA dept work as well
・Manage hiring for expand Admin Dept

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・7+ year working experience about HR
・Ever manage subordinates
・Ever work as Assistant Manager level or above
・English Intermediate level
・Drive own car to commute to office

■Better to have
・Ever develop, or ever removate HR Dept or Admin Dept **Very Big Advantage
・Ever manage whole HR Dept
・Ever manage Admin Dept as well
