- Fully responsible for the livestream business and team of all brands on e-commerce platforms such as TikTok and Shopee
- Responsible for overall strategic planning, management operation, promotion and diversion, data analysis, and effect evaluation ,responsible for total GMV and profit
- Responsible for forming and managing the livestream team (host,operation,assistant,advertising,etc.), formulating standardized processes, training systems and performance appraisals ,and continuously improving the team's professional capabilities.
- Connect with platform resources ,keep up with platform policies,follow up on dynamics, and control account
risks.
- Track changes in Douyin platform rules and live broadcast dynamics of competing products, and quickly adjust operational strategies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- More than 6 years of experience in e-commerce platform operation or livestream, used to lead a team
- Have a strong sense of purpose and self-motivation, strong self-discipline, high work enthusiasm and good teamwork spirit.
- Managed a team with sales of hundreds of millions THB, has cross-departmental coordination and management capabilities,and can lead and organize the implementation of key projects.
- Excellent data analysis skills, able to identify causes and solve problems
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
