The In-House Engineer Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs to enhance engineers' skills in the cable manufacturing process. This role focuses on both on-the-job training and technical knowledge development to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
◦ Training Program Development: Design and create technical training materials and assessments for engineers in manufacturing processes and equipment usage.
◦ Training Delivery: Conduct on-the-job training, workshops, and hands-on sessions to improve engineers' skills and operational performance.
Skill Gap Analysis: Evaluate engineers' current skill levels and identify training needs to address any gaps in performance.
◦ Safety and Compliance Training: Ensure engineers are trained in safety standards and operational procedures.
◦ Training Effectiveness: Monitor and report on training outcomes, adjusting programs based on feedback and performance results.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
◦ Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or related field preferred).
◦ 3-5 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing, preferably in cable production.
◦ Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
◦ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety protocols.
◦ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
◦ Experience in a factory environment is a plus.
