They are looking for candidate who has experienced Safety Management Manager to oversee and enhance the safety processes within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and a proven track record in managing safety systems and initiatives in the manufacturing industry.
◦ Safety Management Systems: Develop and implement safety management systems in compliance with industry standards.
◦ Safety Audits: Conduct safety audits and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
◦ Training & Awareness: Lead safety training and awareness programs for employees.
◦ Risk Identification: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks in the workplace.
◦ Safety Procedure Improvement: Collaborate with management to improve safety procedures and reduce incidents.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
◦ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
◦ At least 10 years of experience in Safety Management in a manufacturing environment.
◦ Proven success in managing safety processes and projects, with a track record of improving safety standards.
◦ Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry is best practice.
◦ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred:
• Successful project examples or stories where safety processes were improved.
