Report to Project Manager
Work closely with Project Management Team
Work in coordination with Creative & Design Support Unit and Marketing Unit
- Design and present activities to achieve customers' objectives with Project Manager.
- Plan with Project Manager to create Project Management Plan to control the work and step-by-step operations in order to meet the target quantity, quality and delivery schedule as specified.
- Control the cost for each project to have profit not less than 50%. Prepare documents for proposals to customers such as quotations, invoices. and receipt
- Follow up on the performance of team members. Control the project operation to be smooth.
- Work with the Project Manager to manage the risks that will occur with the project including planning and presenting ways to improve and develop the project.
- Summarize event plan and report on performance clarifying problems and proposing improvement plans to Project Manager periodically.
- Advise team member in terms of work to achieve KPI.
- Report the performance of the assignments to the Project Manager and/or contact the consultant when encountering operational problems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in project management field from Japanese Advertising, PR Marketing or business consulting company.
- JLPT N2 or higher.
- Business Level of English.
- Able to travel up country upon requeste (Company's car & driver will be provided).
