** Please note: This is purely a Sales position **

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for proposing / introduction of new products and market research.

1. Strategic Sales & New Business Acquisition
Acquisition of new business from both existing key accounts (your main role) and potential new customers by proposing innovative IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) and audio solutions for future vehicle programs.

2. Market Intelligence & Target Prospecting
Conducting in-depth market research to identify new customer candidates and emerging trends, evaluating the feasibility of market entry to expand the company's customer portfolio.

3. Global Stakeholder Management & Strategy Alignment
Acting as the primary liaison between Japan HQ and overseas branches to align global resources and investment strategies required to win large-scale projects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

The key requirement for this role is experience in proposing/introduction of new products to automotive manufacturers.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- English proficiency at nearly upper-intermediate level
- Must have more than 3 years of automotive OEM Sales experience
*Working experience in automotive manufacturer or Tier1 supplier is highly preferred
- Proven experience in strategic Sales & New Business Acquisition
