【Main Duty】
・Fishing tackle export operations

【Job Description】
Export Operations Management – Handle export procedures for fishing tackle products, including document preparation and coordination.
Customs Clearance – Manage duties and customs procedures to ensure smooth transportation.
Shipment Scheduling – Coordinate with logistics companies and warehouses to manage and adjust shipment schedules.
Trade Document Management – Prepare and maintain invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Customer Coordination – Communicate with overseas clients to confirm orders and shipping schedules.
Transport Issue Resolution – Address and resolve delivery delays, damages, and other shipping issues.
Cost Management – Estimate logistics costs and propose cost-saving measures.
Inventory Support – Work with warehouses to monitor stock levels and plan shipments accordingly.
Quality Control Assistance – Ensure compliance with transport quality standards and conduct checks when necessary.
Interdepartmental Collaboration – Work with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth export operations.

Report to Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 3 years of work experience as a shipping
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・No Job hopper
・Must be able to work within March

【Advantage】
・Experience working in the fishing tackle industry
