Direct Subordinate: 5
- Work as accounting and finance manager of the company's branch in Thailand, responsible for leading a team of approximately five or more members, ensuring compliance with Thai laws and taxation systems, and overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations—from daily accounting activities to financial closing processes.

Area of Responsibility:
Accounting and Compliance
- Oversee and control daily accounting operations and monthly / quarterly / annual financial closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), tax regulations, and corporate laws, including leading coordination with external auditors and the Revenue Department.
- Develop tax strategies, particularly in areas related to Transfer Pricing, compliance management, and tax planning optimization.

Finance and Strategic Management
- Manage and optimize cash flow (Cash Flow Optimization).
- Oversee liquidity management (Cash Flow Management), daily receipts and payments, and financial planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment processing and invoice issuance to vendors/suppliers.
- Manage financial risks and strengthen internal control systems to prevent fraud and liquidity issues.
- Prepare regular financial reports and communicate financial matters with the headquarters in Japan.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in accouting or financial fields.
- At least 5 years of management experience in accounting or finance within a private company, with experience managing a team of at least 3 members.
- *Upper Intermediate level of English (As able to communicate and report to the headquarters or external stakeholders).
- Strong expertise in Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), tax laws, and corporate laws, with experience leading coordination with external auditors and the Revenue Department.
- Proven experience in 1) Transfer Pricing and compliance requirements 2) Providing financial-based managerial advice to the Managing Director (MD) 3) cash flow management and daily receipt and payment operations.
- If have experience in establishing and managing reporting processes to headquarters, particularly within Japanese or multinational companies will be an advantage.
- If have experience in implementing or utilizing global ERP systems (e.g., SAP), including driving digital transformation (DX) initiatives to improve operational efficiency will be an advantage.
- If able to communicate in Japanese with JLPT N2 or above will be an advantage.
- If have direct experience in the restaurant industry or in multi-branch / multi-store operations will be an advantage.
