- Create, update and conduct the schedule of new part, new model shift and localized parts in order to achieve master plan.
- Conduct tooling development and modification schedule to achieve target of individual person of supporting new part/new model until trial sample product.
- Proceed ISIR inspection requisition, conduct test assembly, handle 'Parts Evaluation & Trial Production Test of Sample Parts' .
- Conduct meeting and follow up vendors about tooling, schedule of sample, trial part, sample of part for testing.
- Conduct supplier development and problem solving regarding parts improvement until approval.
- Other assignment as assigned by superiors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as 'Purchasing Engineer' *from manufacturing company, *specializing in plastic injection mold, aluminum die casting and purchasing system.
1) Candidate MUST have experience in Mold/Die engineering or new model purchasing process experience.
2) MUST be able to read engineer drawing (AutoCAD)
3) MUST have experience supporting or guiding suppliers on modify tooling and trial sample.
- *Proven knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), Cp&CpK (Measure how well a process can meet specification limits)., Static of Engineering.
- Proven knowledge of *AutoCAD and *VBA (Mainly used to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and analyze data i.e. Automate reports (cost comparison, supplier performance, PO tracking) etc.
- Intermediate Level of English.
