- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and quality control to meet customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for additional sales within the existing client base.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in packaging, plastic, or related industries.
- Knowledge of various types of packaging
- Knowledge of different types of plastics will be an advantage
- Sales experience
- Ability to communicate in business Chinese (HSK 4-6)
- Ability to send emails in English
- Able to work under pressure
- Company will provide car.
