JOB DETAIL
At a newly set-up factory (founded last year), they are looking for Assistant Officer (HR &Admin).
1. Office Support
-Attendance system Management/check
-Oversee office facilities maintenance and office supplies procurement
-Coordinate meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and business receptions
-Maintain company documentation including contracts and administrative files
-Administrative Support: Prepare documents, presentations and reports handle expense reimbursements
-Support all arrangement for Visitor, Customer
-Coordinate visa & work permit.
-Management office equipment, Asset , furniture, stationery etc.
-Help coordinate team activities like meetings, workshops, or employee engagement events.
-Perform other tasks and / or other ad hoc assignments that may be assigned.
2. HR Support
-Maintain and organize HR files, including general employee records.
-Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintain comprehensive personnel records
-Assist with recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, screening, and interviews
-Prepare employment contracts and related documents for new hires.
-Support the collection and management of data such as attendance and leave records for HR.
-Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
-Prepare internal announcements and company policies.
-Support the recruitment process, including job postings
-Coordinate with other departments as needed.
-Asisst Oversee employee benefits (group insurance, provident fund, annual check-ups, etc.)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR Management/Business Administration
- Intermediate level of English
- Obtained JLPT N3
- Must have minimum 2 years HR/Admin experience
- Must have knowledge of Thai Labor Law
- Intermediate level of English
- Must have a driver's license and can drive (Having an own car is highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
■Advantage :
- Working experience in Admin & HR in an industrial factory
