- Design HRD & Talent Development strategies.
- Develop and manage HRD Roadmap and Action Plan.
- Analyze HR data through HR Analytics.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design training programs.
- Create Learning & Development (L&D) Framework.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and E-learning Platform.
- Design Career Path and Succession Plan.
- Manage Talent Pool and High Potential Program (HiPo Program).
- Utilize Psychometric Assessment tools.
- Performance Management System (PMS):
- Design Performance Appraisal System (KPI, OKR, Competency Model).
- Analyze appraisal results and provide Performance Coaching.
- Develop Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
- Track employee goal achievement and improvement rates.
- Leadership Development & Coaching:
- Design Leadership Development Program (LDP).
- Manage Coaching & Mentoring projects.
- Support executives and supervisors as effective People Managers.
- Organizational Structure and Culture:
- Develop corporate culture and core values projects.
- Design recruitment strategies and Employer Branding.
- Support Onboarding & New Hire Development Program.
- Utilize AI, ATS, and Digital HR Tools.
- Analyze Recruitment Data and Talent Pipeline.
- Design Retention Plan and "Stay Interview" programs.
- Develop Employee Experience & Well-being projects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HRD, talent development, or a related HR function.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR Analytics and Data-Driven HR practices.
- Good command in English
