Products: All type of valve and valve's parts (Industrial Valve)
• Responsible for establishment and maintenance of quality standards.
• Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with standards.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Monitor critical production steps to minimize loss and reduce re-work and non-conforming products
• Develop quality strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals.
• Handle customers' complaint and work with team to come up with proactive action plans, drive quality improvement activities.
• Monitor and control raw materials and production process and manage trial report of the subcontractor to analyze the risk and notify if there are quality problems with the subcontractor's products.
• Issue a problem notification and follow up the problem and make certian that the process is under control with 4M policy to prevent the problem from occurring again.
• Audit to ensure that quality controls are maintained.
• Prepare inspection instruction correspond to process and product specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team for customer's complaints and provide solution.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• New graduates are welcomed to apply!
• Bachelor's degree in Machanical or Indrustrial Engineering field.
• 0-1 year of experience as QC Engineer with metal casting skill
• Intermediate level of English.
