• New Project Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new model launches, ensuring process stability before full-scale production.
• Process Standardization: Implement standardized processes to improve manufacturing consistency and efficiency.
• Problem-Solving Leadership: Identify and resolve process-related defects, focusing on root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• PFMEA Leadership: Lead Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to assess potential failure modes and develop strategies for risk reduction.
• Continuous Improvement & Kaizen: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, reducing cycle times and increasing productivity through structured Kaizen projects.
• Policy Deployment: Ensure that policy deployment targets are met, supporting corporate objectives.
• Lean & Cost Reduction Strategies: Assist with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production efficiency and lower operational costs.
• Process Monitoring & Quality Control: Establish process documentation (Flow Charts, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Line Calibration Matrices) and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards.
• Jig & Fixture Improvements: Support Jig/Fixture concept design and implement POKA-YOKE (error-proofing techniques) to minimize defects.
• Production Line Setup: Provide necessary process time standards, productivity data, and investment cost assessments for new production lines.
• Employee Training & Process Stability: Train production staff on new procedures, quality requirements, and process methodology to ensure manufacturing stability

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, or related fields).
• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering (preferably in automotive OEM & 1st Tier automotive industry).
• Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, DOE.
• Strong engineering problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001 is an advantage.
• English proficiency: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate.
• Age Range: 30-40 years old (Any Gender).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
