- Plan and control the quality system to meet standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001
- Develop Quality Management System (QMS) appropriate for the Semiconductor industry
- Review and approve the quality control plan in every production process
- Control Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing Quality Control
- Problem Solving & Failure Analysis
- Review and analyze quality problems
- Present quality reports to customers, including managing Customer Audit
- Quality Audits & Compliance
- Ensure that the production process and products meet industry standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science in field of Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or equivalent.
• 15 years experience as minimum in Quality Engineering or Process Engineering function in Semiconductor manufacturing.
• Possess knowledge in Quality Management System. (IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485)
• Possess knowledge in Automotive core tools i.e. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
• Possess knowledge in VDA 6.3 is preferable.
• Good analytical skill.
• Good coordination skill.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Good leadership skill.
• Fluent in English communication (Written, Spoken)
