Oversee quality control activities and ensure operations comply with company standards and customer requirements.

Manage quality assurance staff and supervise quality control processes according to established plans.

Set targets, monitor, and evaluate employee performance, while providing guidance for improvement.

Resolve and make decisions on quality issues during operations.

Handle quality issues from incoming materials, in-process control, to final output, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency.

Communicate with customers to ensure product quality meets their requirements.

Manage workforce control and allocate tasks to subordinates effectively.

Coordinate with other departments to maintain and improve quality standards.

Report quality issues and quality control procedures to management.

Ensure production processes meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

Conduct QC inspections, customer audits, and risk analysis in production lines.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Manager.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Continuous Improvement, and 5S systems.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Proficiency in Korean language (speaking, reading, writing) to communicate with Korean executives.
