Looking for a Management Trainee for a branch that is going to open this year.

Note: This job requires working as a shift hour (including after 9pm, depending on the store business hours.)

1. Store Management
- In charge of store management, store development, HR development for store staff
- Teaching shop assistants how to welcome customers.
- Communicating with Japanese expats and discuss how to manage store to increase number of clients.
- Store layout management at Japanese second-hand retail shop.
- Staff Management, such as woking shift management

2. Selling and buying products (second-hand)
- Valuate the clothes and other apparel products, such as clothes, bags, accessories brought by customers

3. Other store manager tasks assigned by managers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Must have JLPT N2 (Communicate with Japanese area manager)
- Being physically tough is very important (Need to work at night, and may be required to move heavy stuff.)
- Having interest in clothing.
- Preferred to have 3 years of experience as a customer service or shop staff
- Active, decisive and fast learner.
- Open-minded person who can communicate with internal and external people well
- Able to decide priority to execute all tasks successfully
- Having working experience as a store manager in Japanese company is advantage
