- Strategic Planning/Support : Assist in or lead the development of strategic planning,management frameworks,and KPI analysis.
- Operational Management : Coordinate with senior management to execute department objectives and ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
- Administrative and Support: Facilitate team productivity through documentation and provide professional translation and interpretation for cross-functional communication.
- Process Optimization & Business Improvement: Identifying operational bottlenecks and lead specialized projects to improve departmental or group-wide efficiency and productivity.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Age lower than 35yrs.
- 3+ years of work exp. in Business development or planning.
- JLPT N1 only.
