- Sales & Distribution Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand the distribution of pet nutrition products through retailers, including pet shops, veterinary hospitals, and general stores.
- Customer Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail sector to strengthen the company’s distribution network.
- Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends and customer demands to create data-driven sales and distribution strategies.
- Plan and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and increase sales.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure product availability, customer satisfaction, and efficient delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the effectiveness of distribution channels, recommending optimizations to improve reach and efficiency.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about developments in the pet nutrition industry, identifying new business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age around 30-40 years old
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development or sales, preferably within the pet or animal nutrition industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven experience in developing and executing distribution strategies for small-scale retailers.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and optimize distribution performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
