1.Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s business plan.
2.Expand the customer base and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
3. Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
4. Present product value to key decision-makers.
5. Prepare proposals, forecasts, and sales reports.
6. Negotiate contracts, promotions, and pricing.
7. Execute marketing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Address client concerns and ensure seamless communication with internal teams.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male of Female, Age 35-45 years old
-Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration or related fields.
- 10-15 years' experience in sales in spare part or automotive trading business with proven experience of management
-Previous experience in retail business and sales management, modern trade channel is advantage.
-Strong communication and team management skills and negotiation skills to manage expectation internally and externally.
-Able to deliver as plan.
-Proficient in English and Thai
-Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
-Hold a valid driver's license and be flexible to relocate as your assignment may require
-Willing to take on challenging tasks and able to work under pressure.
