■Service/Products: Influencer-based marketing solution packages.

■Customers: Corporate clients interested in influencer marketing (such as; companies selling beauty-related products, beauty clinics, salons, and cosmetic manufacturers.)

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company goal and market share targets.

2. P&L (Profit & Loss) Management
- Responsible for the overall profitability and financial health of the department or business unit they oversee.
- Oversee the financial performance of the sales department, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and monitor the annual sales budget, including revenue forecasts and expense management.

3. Sales Member management
- Set team KPI and management
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual KPI.
- Monitor team member's daily activity
- Follow up projects/potential deals within the team and provide support accordingly.
- Manage 3-4 Sales staff and KOL Specialist

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
-Nearly Upper Intermediate level of English.
-Must have proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue/KPI targets for the team.
-Experience in managing/overseeing P&L(Profit & Loss).
-Able to develop business strategies to increase sales.
-Having worked at digital marketing agency/company
