JOB DETAIL

1. P&L (Profit & Loss) Management
- Responsible for the overall profitability and financial health of the department or business unit they oversee.
- Oversee the financial performance of the sales department, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and monitor the annual sales budget, including revenue forecasts and expense management.

2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company goal and market share targets.

3. Sales Member management
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual KPI.
- Follow up projects/potential deals within the team and provide support accordingly.
- Manage two Sales staff
- In charge of hiring Sales Staff

3. Client management
-Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote influencer/KOL marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Any gender (female preferred) age 25-35 years
-Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
-English at Intermediate level
-Must have experience in managing/overseeing P&L(Profit & Loss)
-Must have experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
-Able to develop strategies to increase sales
-Enjoy working at a fast-paced start-up company.
