JOB DETAIL
- Manage all HR functions across operations, including recruitment, employee relations, manpower planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related activities to align with business objectives.
- Supervise HR staff in reviewing payroll processes, covering attendance, overtime (OT), fuel allowances, additional allowances, PND.1, social security fund (SSF), deductions, and expatriate management.
- Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports for management, including attendance, leave records, and other relevant data.
- Draft, review, and update agreements, forms, notices, and company policies to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies such as the Department of Skill Development (DSD), Labor Department, and Social Security Office (SSO) for employee and company-related matters.
- Oversee and maintain compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), ensuring timely updates as required by law.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees, providing guidance, information, and support as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Age not over 35 - 45 years old.
- 5 – 8 years of work experience in in HRM/HRD; recruiting, payroll, training, labor law, employee relations, etc./ Admin.; data record, expats handling, contact government, VISA & Work Permit, etc.
- Good command in English skill (speaking, writing, reading and listening).
- Good command in computer literacy skills; MS office.
- Have experience in using HRIS software; HumanOS, Workday, Bplus HRM or any similar. Experience in using HumanOS will be an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work individually and team player.
- Have leadership skills with time management to finish work within deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure as the work needs the most attention to detail.
- Have interpersonal communication skill e.g., able to communicate both internal and external of organization with all levels in any circumstances.
