JOB DETAIL

1.) Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
2.) Review and enhance documentation processes, ensuring proper approvals and segregation of duties.
3.) Develop and enforce internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
4.) Monitor liquidation processes and ensure proper accountability for company resources.
5.) Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
6.) Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
7.) Provide periodic risk assessment reports to senior management and suggest mitigation strategies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, and relevant certifications (e.g., CIA - Certified Internal Auditor, CRISC - Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) is preferred.
2.) Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership position. Preferably in the Jewelry Manufacturing Industry.
3.) Read, write, and speaks fluent in English.
4.) Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and governance processes.
5.) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
6.) Strong communication skills with the ability to report audit findings and risk assessments clearly.
7.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
8.) Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance issues
9.) High ethical standards with strong attention to detail.
10.) Ability to handle confidential information and maintain integrity in reporting.
11.) Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
