• Analyze business performance and financial data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute business improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments with financial feasibility analysis.
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to C-Level management.
• Develop business models and financial forecasts to support corporate decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing business performance.
• Support GM Corporate Strategy / Controller in corporate planning and long-term financial strategy.
• Continuously monitor market and industry trends, especially within the FMCG sector, to anticipate business shifts.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&A, Business Development, or Strategy within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to interact effectively with senior management.
• High energy, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Open-minded, creative thinker with a “can-do” attitude.
• Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
