JOB DETAIL
- Analyze and solve computer system problems for users who report problems via telephone, email, Line, etc.
- Provide Remote support and Onsite support to resolve problems as quickly as possible.
- Install Windows and MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Install Microsoft Outlook or Office365.
- Install Antivirus, and Internet Security programs for PC.
- Install printers or multi-functions for use in the office.
- Set up various programs.
- Using programs for remote access such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk skillfully.
- Set up (install) server and client PC.
- Design network configuration diagrams.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female/Male, Age over 32 years old.
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Management Sciences.
- Experience of at least 2 year as hardware support, or helpdesk for end-users in a digital agency, software solutions, IT solutions, network solutions, IoT solutions, and others related to IT company.
- Experience in infrastructure management, system design, and on-site service.
- Experience in managing vendors and clients.
- Lower Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software (PC & Notebook)
- Have basic knowledge of network systems such as IP Address, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Knowledge or experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Firewall, VMWare Esxi systems, you will be given special consideration.
- Service mind, Good interpersonal skills, Positive attitude.
- Computer Literacy Word/Excel.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Able to make decisions and recommendations under limited conditions.
- Having car driving license
