Planning job - Material Planning:
1. Analyze sales forecasts and historical data to determine material requirements.
2. Create production schedules based on inventory, customer orders and forecast.
3. Provide production schedules to compounders.
4. Submit RMs forecast to supplier
Inventory Management:
1. Monitor RMs inventory to ensure availability for production.
2. Manage inventory levels to achieve budget.
3. Handle sale of waste material to third party vendors.
Compounder / Supplier Coordination:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers / compounder to get support and requirement.
2. Collaborate with compounder to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
3. Negotiate and adjusting production schedules.
Purchase Order Management:
1. Create and manage purchase orders based on material requirements and production schedules.
2. Track orders, follow up with suppliers and solve any issues related to delivery.
3. Work closely with other departments, including Logistics and Accounts, to solve any related issues.
4. Maintain and record data of Purchasing transection.
Processing: Order Processing:
1. Handle customer orders from receipt order to delivery, including AR invoice issuing. Handle customer orders from receipt order to delivery, including AR invoice issuing.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 27-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration , or any related field.
- more than 3 years’ experience in job field in foreign company (Japanese Manufacturer company preferred
- Good skill in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel
- Advanced Excel skill (Includes proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Power BI)
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
- Strong in production planning, analytical skills, forecasting.
- Good command of English
