As a Procurement Manager, you will be in charge of

•Planning and updating production schedule to each process.
•Receiving customer order and making delivery plan
•Making Daily report and updating customer orders and delivery time.
•Conducting daily meeting with production for production working progress.
•Cooperation with production for order confirmation (material and delivery time)
•Production capacity calculation and update by daily.
•Responsible for overall purchasing functions, particularly on the Direct Material to ensure
materials are purchased in the most economical manner with on time delivery.
•Following up order confirmation and evaluate order confirmation
•Responsible for store function
•Proper store layout and control of materials/products
•Controlling and improving about 5S & Small Kaizen, QCC activities, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
•Team Management (Direct subordinate: 5 staff)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Vocational, Diploma, Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
• Must have at least 4 years of professional experience in procurement in manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logical thinking.
• Proficient in using computer, Word, Excel, Power point.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Working experience in Japanese company is highly preferred.

• You must have strong communication skills, as you will collaborate across departments, follow up on the production process, and more.
