JOB DETAIL

- Oversee and manage the overall operation of the restaurant to ensure orderliness and smooth functioning as assigned.
- Implement and manage promotional activities both in-store and externally to boost sales performance.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they work efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure staff comply with uniform and grooming standards and deliver quality service with the required skill level.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant.
- Manage procurement, stock levels, and inventory; forecast usage and ensure readiness of materials before opening or closing the restaurant.
- Prepare and manage monthly sales reports.
- Able to work in rotational shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Be flexible with work locations and willing to rotate between branches.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience: At least 3 years in restaurant/store management
- Language: Good command of English
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including sales reporting, stock management, hygiene standards, and promotional campaign execution.
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
- Excellent service mindset and interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible, organized, and efficient.
- Punctual and values time management.
- Open to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
