JOB DETAIL
- Supervise and support Sales Executives in achieving individual and team sales targets
- Drive sales of NGS-related products and solutions to public hospitals, universities, and research institutions
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure efficient project execution across key accounts
- Manage public sector tenders and liaise with government procurement offices
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and track KPIs for the team
- Prepare regular sales reports and strategic updates for management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and logistics
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business, etc.)
- 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences
- Strong knowledge of government sales processes, including tenders and public procurement
- Excellent project management and team coordination skills
- Fluent in Thai; proficient in English is an advantage
