JOB DETAIL

- Lead and manage sales activities, planning, and execution within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from existing customers while expanding the customer base..
- Foster customer trust in product quality and service to strengthen the company’s image and market position.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure the achievement of sales goals and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor sales team members, ensuring they perform their duties with dedication and responsibility.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Open to male or female candidates (males must have completed military service).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Genetics, Immunology, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a background in Molecular Biology or related products. Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and drive team performance.
- Willingness to travel and stay in other provinces (required for supervising sales teams in upcountry areas).
- Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license (necessary for overseeing sales activities in provincial and suburban areas).
- Commitment to continuous self-development and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
