JOB DETAIL
Report to: Head of Department (Thai)
Department: International Sales
Team Size: 3 ( 1.Head of Department 2.Senior Account Manager 3.Senior Engineer)
• Manage international clients across Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Pakistan, overseeing market and sales planning, as well as internal and external sales coordination. Additionally, responsible for stock inventory management, sales forecasting, and collaborating with the Product Development team to establish sales and marketing channels for second-tier customers within the assigned regions.
• Drive sales revenue by working closely with international distributors, developing strategic sales initiatives, and aligning efforts with marketing campaign objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with distributors, providing training and development support for their sales teams.
• Monitor distributors' inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability and ensure channel partners meet key performance indicators.
• Establish sales targets, develop marketing programs for distributors, and continuously assess the effectiveness of these programs to drive business growth.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT product sales within the Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Pakistan markets.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (listening, reading, speaking, and writing).
