JOB DETAIL
Administration
Develop, implement, and monitor the hotel's marketing strategy to exceed revenue targets in all departments.
Align marketing activities with corporate strategies and represent the Marketing function on the Executive Committee.
Conduct divisional meetings and oversee operational manuals.
Customer Service
Ensure all associates deliver exceptional guest service and provide constructive feedback.
Address guest and internal complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure resolution.
Financial Management
Optimize associate productivity through multi-tasking and flexible scheduling.
Oversee the Annual Business Plan, financial forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with financial and licensing regulations while managing marketing resources.
Marketing Strategy
Drive branding, advertising, and integrated marketing communications to maintain the hotel's competitive position.
Monitor market trends, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
Lead weekly and monthly meetings to optimize pricing and sales tactics.
Operational Oversight
Coordinate all marketing activities and align them with other departments.
Evaluate and improve marketing initiatives for better performance and guest satisfaction.
Ensure all contracts comply with established policies and procedures.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and develop marketing associates, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
Conduct performance reviews and support professional development goals.
Foster creativity and innovation while maintaining team morale.
Compliance and Feedback
Enforce adherence to company policies, safety standards, and associate rules.
Provide feedback on surveys and implement relevant changes.
Other Duties
Build professional relationships with stakeholders and competitors.
Adapt to industry changes and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Requirement
• Male or female, age 40-50 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential.
• The Director of Sales & Marketing will lead all sales and marketing efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targets across rooms, F&B, and other departments.
• This role requires at least 8–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with 3+ years in a leadership position.
• The candidate must excel in creating and executing strategic marketing plans that align with corporate goals.
• Strong leadership skills are required to manage a diverse team and work closely with the Executive Committee.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing, and revenue tools like Fidelio and Cognos is a must.
• The Director will oversee integrated branding, advertising, and public relations efforts for a flagship 5-star property in Thailand.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining the hotel’s competitive edge is critical.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a results-driven mindset.
• Adaptability to market trends, innovation, and a focus on team development are key attributes for this role.
