This position requires to improve sales amount with existing clients in other countries.

・Responsibility on your sales target to meet company's business plan
・Communicate with overseas customers to build up a good relationship and support their requirement
・Negotiate with customers about order volume, price, quantity, delivery, marketing activities and so on
・Analyze the sales situation and propose ideas to customers to ensure that your sales target is achieved
・Make yearly business plan of your responsible areas
・Handle claimed products from customers
・Regularly work closely with Japan Headquarter for any sales and marketing issue
・Provide sales and marketing report to superiors and HQ in English and Japanese
・Supervise and educate subordinates to achieve the company's target.
・Handle other tasks assigned by superiors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Having strong & proven record of improving sales target with existing client is required.

・Highly preferred to have working experience in export sales at least 2 years
(Can apply if you have domestic sales experience only.)
・Must have experience of leading team for at least 3 years
・Intermediate level of English (TOEIC 600 pt.) and Japanese (JLPT N2 or N3 with good speaking skills) is required.
・Able to go on business trip abroad (South East Asian countries)
・Proficiency in MS Office (excel, power point, word)
・Good communication and negotiation skills
