JOB DETAIL

1.) Oversee the production department to ensure it can meet the set target (Produce according to requirements and with quality.)
2.) Responsible for strategic planning and coordination with various departments to achieve efficient production (Reduce costs.)
3.) Address various issues strategically, both in the short term and long term.
4.) Participate in factory operations meetings and collaborate with relevant departments.
5.) Comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Male or Female 30 years old+
2.) Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
3.) Experience in production management (cleanroom) for 3 years or more, with the ability to supervise the production team.
4.) Ability to plan, manage, and control production.
5.) Knowledge of quality systems and various certification standards.
