JOB DETAIL

• Identify new clients and build relationships with potential customers.
• Present and sell products, provide sample items, and negotiate sales terms.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on service quality for improvement.
• Monitor product delivery and ensure payment collection according to agreed terms.
• Coordinate and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Communicate and coordinate with international customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external departments.
• Handle import/export documentation processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service in an industrial factory
• English communication skills (an advantage)
• Strong coordination skills and passion for customer service
• Training in IATF16949 / ISO9001 / ISO14001 (an advantage)
• Must have a personal car for customer visits (Export Sales)
