JOB DETAIL

• Responsible for planning, controlling, and overseeing mold preparation and storage for compression molding.
• Preventive maintenance of molds to support quality and timely production.
• Develop mold designs and related equipment to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in production process management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mold work and supervisory roles in industrial factories
• Knowledge of Mold & Die, Jig fixtures, and expertise in rubber or plastic molds (preferred)
• Leadership, responsibility, and safety awareness
• Planning and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to commute to work independently
