- Provide strategic and operational guidance to Production Engineering, Production, QC, and QA teams to improve product efficiency.
- Advise on best practices in piping engine manufacturing within the automotive sector.
- Review and enhance production engineering, production processes to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and maintain safety standards.
- Ensure that products meet customer requirements, internal quality standards, and external regulations.
- Support communication and coordination with customers regarding drawing, product design, quality, or production-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
- Mentor to production engineering team, production, and quality personnel, transferring knowledge and experience.
- Have an understanding of design related to the selection of alternative materials to be able to present to customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experience in management over 8 years with at least 5 years in automotive manufacturing, specifically in piping engine production
- Experience in both Production piping design, R&D, and Production roles of piping engine production.
- Strong knowledge in production engineering, design, piping production and quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA)
- Leadership and advisory capability with hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Good command in English
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as forming, bending, drawing, welding and Etc.
- Understanding of jigs and tooling design used in production and inspection.
- Understanding of material properties to be used in production to meet customer standards.
- Understanding of measuring tools used for inspecting parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.
