Company designs/manufacture/sell various type of camper vans.
Currently, this company is seeking engineers and mentors with knowledge in mechanics and materials engineering.

[Task]
- Design of manufacturing and production equipment
- Start-up of manufacturing and production equipment
- Management of manufacturing and production equipment
- Start-up of manufacturing and production lines
- Jig and tool design
- Drawing creation
- Technical guidance and mentoring for on-site engineers
- Mechanical design
- Electrical design
- Other tasks assigned by the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
- Intermediate level of English skill (Japanese skill is preferred but not necessary)
- Must have a bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field
- Must have experience in manufacturing and production equipment design
- Must have experience in starting up manufacturing and production lines
- Must have experience in jig and tool design
- Ability to create technical drawings
- Must have experience in mechanical design
- Must have experience in electrical design
- Must have own car and driver's license
- Must have production engineering experience for at least 10 years
