【Main Duty】
・Proposal sales for sales agents
・Sales in each country are carried out through distributors. Our sales activities are mainly as follows.
* Distributor management (sales targets and A&P cost progress management, area strategy and measures validity review and discussion)
* New development (new channels, sales places and sales methods)

【Job Description】
・Promote sales of Thailand and Southeast Asia (e.g.Vietnam, Lao, Cambodia, Brunei, and Myanmar).
・Negotiate and collaborate with distributors to introduce appropriate products and promote sales of food products.
・Work with related departments (procurement/operations/ QC etc) to make product proposals, present prices, and negotiate with distributors.
・Visit actual sites where products are sold and help with planning (events, in-store tasting sales, etc.)
・Look for and develop end users who are likely to generate sales from own food products or private brands

【Work Status】
・In principle, you will be working at the Bangkok office. During sales activities, you may have to go directly to and from clients.
・Working from home is possible with prior approval from your supervisor

Report to Thai Manager

Have sales offices and factories in China and Thailand (Bangkok and Trat).
※If you go to business trip, you can use services such as Grab.（Actual Pay）

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 25 - 32 years old
・More than 3 years of experience in sales in a food manufacturing and food industry
・Intermediate Level of English　【TOEIC 700 UP】
・Expertise in delivery and incoterms.
・Knowledge of Import and Export businesses.
・Distributor (Sales agency) management.
・No Job hopper

【Advantage】
・Can spaek Japanese
・Experience in Food, Retail, HORECA
・Experience in retail sales promotion departments and negotiating with store staff
・New business development (end users such as retailers and restaurants)
