As a M&A Advisory / FA (Financial Advisory) in a consulting company, you will be in charge of:
- Identify and originate M&A opportunities.
- Act as Financial Advisor (FA) for client companies throughout the M&A process, from setting deal terms to execution.
- Lead and manage FA-related activities during M&A transactions.
- Drive FA operations, including sales and marketing efforts.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai nationality, age: 25-30 years (open to a broader age range)
- Must have minimum of 3 years' experience in M&A advisory, financial advisory, or deal advisory within a consulting firm or financial institution.
(Note: Candidates with M&A experience in banks or other companies where they "received" advice from a Financial Advisor are not suitable for this position.)
- Business-level proficiency in Thai, English, or Japanese
