JOB DETAIL

• Develop, lead, and conduct compliance activities with audit and legal expertise
 Prepare and maintain company documents and guidelines
 Risk management and reporting activities i.e. risk control, BCP, self-audit, Sox
 Conduce compliance training and activities for employees
 CSR activities
 Ad-hoc work assigned by GM
• Conducting internal audits for affiliates in Thailand and other southeast Asia as a lead role
 Set up audit process for FTC and other affiliates in Thailand in cooperation with FEC HQ and FTC related Dept (HR, Compliance, Accounting, Finance, Costing)
 Conduct an annual plan, fieldwork, closure report, and follow-up activity in a proactive manner
 Constructive advice to affiliates in Thailand to improve work procedures
• Conducting regional Headquarter transformation following the instruction of GM
 Implement and maintain the right and standardized process, and guidelines with compliance – mainly compliance, Audit, legal
 Back-up of a critical operation, SSC set-up preparation
 Other activities assigned by GM

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 40-50 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, or equivalent.
• Preferred: Studying or holding certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), or other relevant finance, HR, or legal certificates.
• 5 years of experience in audit, compliance, legal, or regulation.
• 3 years of experience in managing people.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with international company or audit firm experience considered a plus.
• An accounting background is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of audit and compliance, with an understanding of Thai regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills, particularly in writing, and fluency in Thai.
• Strong problem-solving skills and logical, risk-based thinking.
• Multitasking abilities and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a preference for team players.
