As a FA (Financial Advisory) / M&A Advisory in a consulting company, you will be in charge of:
- Identify and originate M&A opportunities.
- Act as Financial Advisor (FA) for client companies throughout the M&A process, from setting deal terms to execution.
- Lead and manage FA-related activities during M&A transactions.
- Drive FA operations, including sales and marketing efforts.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Thai nationality, age: 25-30 years
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a financial advisory, with M&A advisory, or deal advisory experience.
(Note: Candidates with M&A experience in banks or other companies where they "received" advice from a Financial Advisor are not suitable for this position.)
- Able to lead M&A projects by yourself (full process)
- Business-level proficiency in Thai, English, or Japanese
