JOB DETAIL

1) Understand and analyze the B to B beauty market and generate strategies to expand market of brands.
2) Make idea and plan for promotion campaign and events, conduct them and evaluate the result.
3) Manage the team members to work effectively based on the strategy and plan to achieve sales target.
4) Solve the internal and external problem with other sections and customers.
5) Assist for recruiting and training the new sales staff.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female (Thai nationality)
- age 32-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of account sales and visited BtoB customers in the Beauty industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of sales manager in managing sales team.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of sales manager and make strategy and campaign idea and plan and leading
- Good command in English
