JOB DETAIL

1) Understand and analyze the BtoB beauty market and generate strategies to expand the market of brands.
2) Make ideas and plans for promotional campaigns and events, conduct them and evaluate the result.
3) Manage the team members to work effectively based on the strategy and plan to achieve sales target.
4) Solve the internal and external problems with other sections and customers.
5) Assist in recruiting and training the new sales staff.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female (Thai nationality)
- age 32-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of account sales and visited BtoB customers in the Beauty industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of sales manager in managing sales team.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of sales manager and make strategy and campaign idea and plan and leading
- Good command in English
