JOB DETAIL

HR Operation Section Chief in the whole Human Resources (HR) department.
Managing key HR functions, including:
-Compensation & Benefit
-Recruitment
-General Affairs

*Work closely with HR Manager and other department's Manager
To ensure effective HR processes align with company objectives and local labor regulations.

*Total around 13 members at HR department.
Will manage 6 members, report to HR Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-At least 5 years experience as HR
-Working experience at manufacturing company, which has 500 employees or above
-English Intermediate level(TOEIC 500 up)
-Ever manage subordinates


-Ever manage whole HR function
-Proficiency in Tiger Soft payroll software or similar systems.
-Strong experience about Payroll, Recruitment(planning/operation), General Affairs
