JOB DETAIL
-Monitor overall HR operations include HRM&HRD
-Proposing, initiating, and implementing improvement plans for HR systems.
-Ensure that the company's policies are in compliance with labor laws.
-Manage various departments within the human resources division, including recruitment, training, payroll, benefits, and labor relations.
-Execute HR strategies/plans with guidance from Management.
-Develop learning and development plan suitable for employees to achieve business goals.
-Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
-Good leadership and people management skills.
-Strong understanding of the HR practices.
-Sufficient knowledge in the labor regulations and laws.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
-Female is preferred ,Age 35-45 years old
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
-5 - 10 years experience in HR system / HR Manager
-Strong knowledge and take action on Payroll / Benefits / Training / Recruit
-Good Communication skill and managing the team
