-Support Management: Assist the Internal Control Manager in overseeing Accounting, HR, Purchasing, Production Planning, and Safety departments.
-Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate teams to ensure compliance with company policies and efficient operations.
-Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance productivity and compliance across departments.
-Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on internal controls for management review.
-Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and standards in the automotive parts manufacturing sector.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Any Gender, Age between 30-43 years.
-At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting and administrative work.
-Good proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) *required.
-Experience in automotive parts manufacturing.
-Enthusiastic and quick-witted.
-Ability to manage a team effectively to assist the Internal Control Manager.
