A General Manager, handles the high-level, day-to-day operations of a company and guides the general strategy to improve the overall business functions, managing staffing strategies and succession planning, overseeing all departments and setting goals for their team based on the company’s strategic plans.
Responsibilities
• Work in a startup environment with a keen understanding of how versatile business models operate.
• Establish a business plan implement the plan analyze and correct to achieve the goals as planned
• Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
• Provide leadership to drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Prepare monthly report for stakeholders Oversee all day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Organize employee team meetings every day. Update the agenda of assignments and follow-up work.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Act as a representative for the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business objectives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female age between 40-45 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Experience in aviation will be a great advantage
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Thai
• At least 5 years in a managerial role and the ability to handle complex situations effectively
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organization and time management, including the ability to work with tight deadlines
