JOB DETAIL
1. Manage and improve assurance activities to secure quality at customer and end user.
2. Lead customer support and quality improvement activities.
3. Manage Customer QC team. (Analysis, Follow up to supplier, Process, Design and Report to customer).
4. Oversee team's activity closely and report problems or troubles to GM to get advice in order to make efficient team's assignments.
5. Manage customer claim and analyze database update through daily meetings.
6. Control team's activity, follow the KPI, and report status to GM.
7. Control cost minimization and budget optimization.
8. Attend customer QC team work and over time management control.
9. Create new analysis techniques, train and advise to the team
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Male/Female, age between 37-45 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or electrical engineering.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in 'Quality Control' from electronics manufacturing industry.
4. Minimum 3 years in management level with subordinates.
5. Intermediate level of English. (*To communicate with Japanese MD/The interview session will be conducted in English).
